2. The data we collect about you

To manage our relationship with you, such as through policy updates, reviews, and surveys, we process Identity, Contact, Profile, and Marketing/Communications data based on the performance of a contract, legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in maintaining records and improving services. For administering and protecting our business and website, including IT, security, and support, we process Identity, Contact, and Technical data under our legitimate interests related to business, security, and restructuring, as well as to comply with legal obligations.

 

Additionally, to deliver relevant content and advertisements and to measure their effectiveness, we process Identity, Contact, Profile, Usage, Marketing/Communications, and Technical data, relying on our legitimate interests in developing our business and marketing strategy. For data analytics aimed at improving our site, products, and marketing efforts, we process Technical and Usage data based on our legitimate interests in business development and maintaining relevance. Finally, to provide recommendations for products or services that may be of interest to you, we process Identity, Contact, Technical, Usage, Profile, and Marketing/Communications data, with the lawful basis being our legitimate interests in business growth.

No fee usually required — requests are free, unless manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive.
